What are Credits?
Credits are the balance used to pay for your Minecraft server. Your server is charged hourly based on the hosting plan and resources assigned to it.

How does hourly billing work?
Your server consumes Credits while it is running. The amount deducted depends on the plan assigned to your server and its hourly rate.

Can I upgrade my hosting plan?
Yes. You can move to a larger plan when your server needs more CPU, memory, or storage. This makes it easier to scale your server as your community grows.

Where do I manage my Minecraft server?
Your server can be managed through the Astra Studio Panel. From there, you can control your server, view its resources, and perform common server management tasks.

What Minecraft software is supported?
Astra Studio currently supports Paper-based Minecraft servers. Additional server software and eggs are under development and may be added in the future.

Do you offer free trials?
Free trials are currently not offered through the public website. Availability of testing or promotional access may be announced separately by Astra Studio.

How do I get started?
Create or access your billing account, purchase Credits, choose a hosting plan, and then create your Minecraft server through the available Astra Studio systems.
